It is NACVA’s goal to provide a suite of services to its members that fall within the scope of the Association’s support to the business consulting community. Specifically, we support professionals providing services in business valuation, financial litigation consulting and expert testimony, financial forensics analysis, healthcare consulting, M&A, exit planning, and business value growth consulting.
The individual providers of services from our Firm Sponsorship program are human and thus, the support they provide is not infallible. Their knowledge comes from education, experience, common sense, observation, and judgment, with judgement being the keyword. Judgement incorporates the weighting of each of the other elements from which consulting services are derived, and for that reason, the support you receive through this program might evolve differently depending on which Firm you select for support.
We believe we have recruited the best Firms in the industry to be our Firm Sponsors, and we believe you will receive the highest level of expertise from these Firms. However, by electing to use their services, you agree to hold NACVA harmless from any and all claims with respect to any services provided therein. Furthermore, you agree not to draw NACVA into any litigation where the Firm’s support and/or advice was provided, whether that be between you and the Firm, you and your client, or you and the Firm and the client.
NACVA reserves the right to remove or deny a Firm Sponsorship, without cause or reason, at any time.
